Most pastors have limited time to truly invest in their leadership team or developing new leaders. One of the ways I learned to build a leadership team is to provide periodic training opportunities from resources beyond myself. Providing a workshops is a great tool for a local pastor to invest in their leaders and potential leaders.

Every now and then it is a good idea to go back to the basics and/or essentials.  BBM has been a ministry based on balancing the essentials for effective ministry.

The past few years have had many challenges for churches and the ministry of BBM. Churches have faced shutting down, going live-stream, and looking for new ways to stay relevant. Some churches simply closed. Other churches found new ways to impact their communities.
