Our history:

BBM began almost twenty years ago with a conviction that ministries and believers need to live and minister balanced on . . .
. . . being VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL, putting God first and building our lives focused on living out His purpose
. . . being CULTURALLY relevant and BIBLICALLY founded
. . . being Great Commission focused LOCALLY and GLOBALLY

Most years until 2013, the founder/director, Gary Becker, served BBM part time while he was serving full time as a Senior Pastor of a multiple staff church. During these years BBM helped a number of churches through pastoral transitions, mostly through consulting and coaching.

Since 2013 Gary has served full-time with BBM. He is now available to serve as “Transitional Pastor” or “Interim Pastor.” Additionally, BBM has been expanding the ministry in offering “Biblical Life Coaching (BLC).” This part of our ministry has been focused solely on pastors, but is now expanded to anyone looking to apply Biblically Balanced principles in reaching their potential to the glory of God. The three phases of the BLC ministry are:
Assessing your potential through building a biblical self-understanding (Romans 12:1-3)
Defining your direction through biblical goal setting for all dimensions of life (Proverbs 16:9)
Implementing a strategy with accountability (Proverbs 15:22).
