CHURCH and LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT


The greatest dangers we face are most often the result of what we do NOT know. Or, when what we think is not the reality.

Whether a church is facing a transition, stagnation, or is seeking to make a greater impact a church assessment can be a valuable tool. The objectivity of an outside consultant doing an in-depth assessment can be very revealing. 


 Each assessment is custom designed for the individual church or leadership team. Typically the process includes:

  1. Consider the history, doctrine, and overall background of the church

  2. Congregational survey

  3. Conduct “Focus Groups” and interviews

  4. Compile data in a comprehensive report

  5. Consultant report to the congregation

The results of an assessment include revealing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the church to build its ministry on.
