Most pastors have limited time to truly invest in their leadership team or developing new leaders. One of the ways I learned to build a leadership team is to provide periodic training opportunities from resources beyond myself. Providing a workshops is a great tool for a local pastor to invest in their leaders and potential leaders.
Biblically Balance Ministries has been providing leadership development workshops specifically designed for the local church for over twenty years. These workshops are not generic but specifically focused on the individual church and/or personal needs.
A NEW WORKSHOP we are offering is based on the book of ACTS as the core to leadership building. It gives a a clear understanding of how leaders were developed in the book of Acts. Woven into this workshop are interactive sessions applying the principles to the specific needs of the local church and/or personal leadership skills.

Discovering Perspective leaders and workers
Developing People to reach their full Potential
Designing a Plan to build a team
BBM offers workshops, personal coaching, and online resources to build your leadership team. We begin most of our ministries with a free lunch or breakfast with the pastor or individual considering developing a relationship with BBM.
