After several years of ministry I was introduced to a process called “Biblical Profile.” This process helped me to see some of my strengths. This process also revealed some of my personal weaknesses.

BBM began as a ministry with a primary purpose of helping churches establish a vision and strategy to make a greater impact.

Ministry assessments, like our own personal assessments, should begin with our strengths.
